Administrative Assistant

Project Manager

   Are you passionate about construction and eager to kick-start your career in project management? 

Key Responsibilities:

   Coordinate project activities from conception to completion, assist in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting. Oversee on-site construction activities and ensure they align with project plans.Track project progress and report updates to senior project managers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment.



  Basic understanding of construction processes and project management.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

 Are you a detail-oriented, organized individual with exceptional multitasking skills? We are seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant to join our enterprising team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations.



Maintain a well-organized and efficient team, By scheduling and facilitating meetings. Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications, handling phone calls, emails, and inquiries with kindness, professionalism and courtesy. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and team members. Assist in the creation, formatting, and distribution of documents, reports, and presentations. Accurately input and update data in various systems, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of information.

Collaborate with different departments to provide administrative support, facilitating seamless inter-departmental communication. 

Qualifications: Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Strong written and verbal communication abilities. - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Willingness to learn and multiple office and construction software, and platforms. 

- Previous administrative experience is preferred, but not required, this is a remote position so time management and the ability to be disciplined is a must.

Social Media and Administrative Intern

We are so excited to announce our Internship Program! We now offer 2 month internships at 10 -15 hours a week. Our interns will work directly with our Executive Director to learn the ropes of what goes into running and growing a construction company! Our intern will Manage our Social Media and help to establish our public persona. They will be fully included in many company outings and meetings and can enjoy learning about team building, multi-tasking, community projects and generally have fun with our team while growing their portfolio and resume!
